Some pics (I dont have em yet):

Quite a few celebrities wear them and they are supposed to be really comfortable. I kind of like the design as well!

They have a cool Keds / Converse vibe.

Agree. I don't know who any of them are but I'm sure they must be famous. To me they look ridiculous. Not the shoes the people.

After the Taylor Swift episode I cannot stand Kanye, but he is an avid Rolex enthusiast from what I've heard. WOW I thought I was spending a lot of money on Jordan's!!!!!!! I just cannot justify spending that much money on shoes, although I have to say after looking them up I do like a few styles they offer.

Gees... Just google them and found a pair of Lanvin PYTHON AND SUEDE SNEAKERS for £733.xx

That is crazy!!!!

I love shoes, but that is just too OTT (the price) for my liking.

The price is indeed high, but I am looking for a pre-used pair in good condition. I've found a few around $200 which I think is fair for the quality and looks.

Carl... Did I read it correctly - "pre used pair"?

(maybe I'm just old school...)

I have heard of Beckham but didn't know that was him. At 50 I'm getting old I guess. To me they all look dirty.

Wrong English?

Pre-used doesn't mean dirty. Some shoes might just have been tried on. I would NEVER buy a pair which has been used daily for a long period of time. You can by used watches, right?

You might be talking about blemished shoes. Blems, as they are called are items with small imperfections. Many makers sell them in discount outlets.

Yes you can buy used watch, but IMO it is different than buying used shoes - for the obvious hygiene reasons.

As long as they were the "display" stock, then it is all good I think. :-)

This is how I roll.

Perfect for squats and deadlifts and they look great with jeans.

The day I buy used sneakers is the day I would want one of my friends to end me. Srs.

Those are Chuck Taylors.

I bought my first pair in about 1966 for $8.

I don't know what type of work you do but I think they are great for everything except running. There's very little technology in them and the soul is dead flat which is why so many weight lifters wear them. Like I said for squats and deadlifts they are ideal.

I do but not as much as you think because there are actually two different hammocks which cuts down on the cost to relaxation ratio.
