Anyone have a black ceramic RO PC?
As per title, any owners of the RO PC in black ceramic? Either version. How do you rate it?
Wrist pics please. Cheers.

This ceramic perpetual belongs to a very good friend of mine, he has this and the Patek nautilus perpetual. Between the 2 I’d take the AP as I feel it has more wrist presence and I really love the dial layout on all the AP perpetual that I’ve seen. This model also comes with a very nice leather winder which I different to the cubik winders that AP give as gifts.

What are everyone's thoughts on the original vs the new openwork. Personally I think I prefer the openwork, but the original is also very nice and has a very....strictly business feel about it. All black everything. Now getting one. That is another story. Fingers crossed.

I have one as well, easily one of my favorite watches, and ironically one of the most practical given it's scratch resistant properties...love it!

Curious to see what the openwork is selling for grey if anyone is in the know. Or if anyone wants to guess what it will sell for over MSRP...

1) According to those in the know (aka Roger lol) production will be very tight. The boutique told me 50 examples but that was refuted by others here. 2) Lets be honest there isn't really anything to complain about on this watch. 3) I think even once the AP crowd is fulfilled the secondary will be propped up by RM collectors. That is just my gut feeling given the execution and aesthetics.

My memory is crap. That was the RD2 sold by keystone. Looks like a dealer in HK claims to have one for 246k but stock photos.

I just met a young man who was wearing his and he kindly let me inspect it in detail. I took a couple of very bad pics. It’s pretty incredible IRL.
Unrelated to that experience I also have a couple of pics of the white PC ceramic. The white was pretty stunning but possibly too white. However, given my penchant for mixing things up, a zebra version would be amazing, black, white contrasted with alternating black/white links and a white bezel on black case or visa versa. Reality however is another thing all together. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It really is incredible, however, it’s very ‘busy’ IRL, great to while a way hours in the evening with a loupe, otherwise though the details don’t immediately pop. It’s more like artwork that take time to appreciate.

Absolutely stunning. Thanks for sharing the pics.
It does look a little busy in those pics...but it is beautiful to look at nonetheless. The original has a certain simplicity and charm about it... The openworked has more of a wow factor. Both are great in the end. Lol
