Anyone know what happened to Gerardo G? He was really active with his food threads and his Instagram(AboutLife).

Would be great to know if all is ok?!

Someone here who knows him should send him a DM. That will generate an e-mail to him. As long as he has the same e-mail address that he used when he was last here, he will get the message.

Looks like his Instagram has gone into Private mode. I think it was public before as I had a look at it once.

Mods don't need any proof as it's not our business, but you can post whatever in the WatchOut section if you've been scammed by another member, and want to warn others.

We were surprised by the amount of posters that seemed sophisticated enough by their posts here but yet were fooled by this man. It was easy enough to see and find out.

I've texted him with no response since February. The last message he sent me was in August of 21. His instagram hasn't been updated since 12/04/21. His aboutlife website is down as well.

Very disappointing to hear this... To be taken advantage of by someone who has befriended you and has your trust is wrong. I truly hope there was a misunderstanding, Gerardo contacts you, gets you the watch or returns your money.

Wow, what a dirt bag....he was loved here by many but then a few TRF meeting adventures seemed to really expose who he is......profiteer and scammer which I did not want to believe, but way too many people spoke of his ways and that is sad. The latest from Steve is really sad, being out all that money. Not a good person.

I hung out with him a few times. Never saw any suspicious behavior. He brought me to a couple of watch events, on at Chopard when they had a store here. Maybe there was a side to him I missed, but from my experience it’s very surprising.
