It is a very beautiful and classic watch - i like the clean look of it !!

I saw a picture of a Railmaster on a mesh bracelet, once ............. absolutely stunning !!!

Here it is:

Absolutely gorgeous watch. Classic understated Omega elegance - the attributes that make me love this brand.

That is a beautiful timepiece. I love clean designs, and that watch has it in spades.

Beautiful watch, and one that reminds me of my '68 DeVille with its clean lines and understated look. If I could find a 39mm at a reasonable price I'd certainly add it to my collection.

I am puzzled by the fact that Railmaster is not as popular as other watches. This has to be one of the best watches ever. Especially considering the price tag.

The Railmaster is a beautiful watch with a timeless design but most (including myself) opt for the Aqua Terra because of the date and applied markers.

It's great, Altair! It is my only Omega that I would never part with. Since I got the leather strap, I like it even more! I may get the lighter brown like yours one day, just for a bit of a change.

Cheers,
Carl

I REALLY like the look. I would love to see one in a white face with brown leather band. That would be really cool.

Damn that looks classy on that strap. Is that an OEM Omega strap?

Went to the Omega boutique store today and the sales person advised that the Railmaster as we currently know it will be discontinued. If I remember correctly, it will be replaced with the Aqua Terra variant, AND/OR... it will belong with the Aqua Terra family of watches. I forget - sorry.

I always found it weird to have a watch with a RAIL connotation within the SEA-Master range. Anyways, great watch all the same.

Ha ha.....yep I purposely revised it because I've been looking at everything I can find about the Railmaster. I too have been waiting for the new model, but got tired of waiting and pulled the trigger on a 2004 model. I'll have it on Monday! Although I'll definitely look closely at the new Railmaster....if it ever comes out!
