Omega speedmaster mark ii
Been offered this one. Any point of view it’s useful. I found the bezel a little odd

I can't tell for sure from the photos, but it looks like the top of the case had the satin finish redone.
It looks like the scratch marks go around the edge to the chamfer in spots. But difficult to tell for sure from photos. The crystal scratches pretty easy, so this has probably been replaced. This watch came with a metal bracelet that is usually not missing as well. Not bad looking, would grade it about 6.5 out of ten. The racing dial is a little more desirable than the black and white. Speedmasters are pretty easy to sell, so it all depends on price. |

Might be able to get one a little cheaper, but depends on how much work you want to do finding it.

The pics aren’t the best but the case looks to be over polished.

Chuck Maddox has a fantastic website focusing on vintage Speedmasters, including the Mark series. I can't post links yet due to my post count, but a quick Google search should point you in the right direction.

I've got one in the non racing persona. It's a great watch. The racing version is more desirable. I'm not so certain about the bracelet. Here is the Chuck Maddox link. He is deceased.

You are probably familiar with the modern rendition, an automatic.
https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/w...2710435006001/ I kinda like the racing version. |

It seems the OP is in absentia however here's another link on the Speedmaster Professional series with the tonneau cases. They are my favorite standing out uniquely in comparison to the thousands of moon watch releases.

As I've got a '69 I've loved the new one since it was released. One came along at the right price so I jumped. To me it is so much more of an individual's watch then the much more popular Speedies. I love its uniqueness!!!
