GMT RONR Forthcoming ?
This thought on my mind. I can´t see how Rolex cannot bring this piece to life again in the coke bezel and Stainless steel. Leave the Pepsi as the White Gold exclusive. Can anyone imagine how many they would sell ? I also wonder if the bezel would be interchangeable with the Batman.

As awesome as this would be, based on all the threads with empty display cases and no inventory, seems like Rolex doesn’t care if they sell a lot of watches or not :(
But yeah, it would sell like hole cakes. The more I wear the coke insert on my 16710, the more I favor it over pepsi. |

Honestly, Blue and red for me is great since blue's my favorite color. If they do reintroduce the coke i'll still stick with my blnr :D

I think it is very likely one day, and a white dial SS PepC might also be viable.

A coke may well be likely. I would maybe expect it to be in pm though so as not to compromise the blnr sales which are still going strong. That said, if it did come I'd be all over it (not with white dial though).
Still. Who knows. It's hard to know what they might do, but agree a coke is one of the more obvious holes.... |

Bring it on! It will just make the classic GMT Pepsi and Cokes more beautiful!

Perhaps they will make it in stainless. And package it with interchangeable bracelets (OysterFlex, Jubilee and Oyster bracelet). And also package it with Coke, Pepsi and BLNR bezels for the ultimate in flexibility. And lower the price versus current GMT2 as a peace offering for The Great 2017 Watch Shortage.

A rouge noir could happen; time will tell. I believe it would really reduce the demand for the bleu noir.

Nobody except Rolex knows what their production capabilities are.

OP, it is an intriguing possibility, however, no one really knows for sure. As lee pointed out, it def has the possibility of cannibalizing the BLNR, so maybe they don't want to do that right now. |

Yes, red and black will be like the current blue and black, no mixing of primary colours to worry about. |

Right now the watches I'd like are a SD50 and 16760 Sophia-Cola. I'd buy a new GMTII Cola immediately in steel. I think it's nuts it isn't here yet.
I think for them to do it it'll have to be unique in some way either way of PM like platinum or a new larger case size to set it apart from others. They do have a new movement they want to put out there just have to make a nice package for it.

If it did come out it would be selling for 5K over retail like the other must have Watches.

If they brought out a coke, they might discontinue the blnr, instead of having too many color options.

I think more likely the black GMTc, there are many other black ceramic models now and we see very few incomings of this watch here as well these days, the coloured models seem more popular.

A SS ceramic Coke will kill the BLNR and what little actual demand there is for the ceramic BLRO. But, based on the washed out appearance of the red and blue on the BLRO, it may not look as good as we think. Rollie can't seem to get a deep enough blue in the ceramic material.

i dont see rolex giving in and making this ss when the blnr is selling so well.
i see rolex waiting and using it for a platinum model years down the road. perhaps i will be wrong. either way the lettering on the dial better contain some red. i know you are reading this rolex.

If you absolutely wanted a pepsi ceramic, you´d have to go to the BLRO. Besides, the market for that watch is already restricted by its cost. |

With the popularity of the green sub, my guess is that they will come out with the LVNR next.
Anyone want to try to photoshop that one? |

The LVc only became very popular a couple of months ago and if there is one thing we all know for certain it is that Rolex do not move quickly, and recently not at all.

There's nothing wrong with the BLNR - I actually quite like it - but I'd be over the moon if they gave us the RONR in SS. I'd still rather have the Pepsi in SS, but this seems more realistic, if still improbable.

I am betting on a Coke bezel GMT in SS at Basel 2018.
