Buying from member CSwatch3945, need Help!

Hello I recently posted an ad that I’m looking for a watch specifically for the day date 41, member CSwatch3945 replied to me saying he has the watch that he only wore a few times. He send me a picture with all the stickers which I find a little weird for one watch.
I searched member’s nickname on this forum and it looks like he’s selling watches all the time but in all of his descriptions he has different number that i have.
I just want to know any feedback i can get on this seller.
