2019 Datejust 41 stopped

Hi

My Datejust 41 stopped. I wear it everyday it’s been wound 40+ time but stops on my wrist. It keeps working when I put it back in the box!

Anyone any idea why this would happen?

Really frustrating!!

Thanks

Send in it under the warranty. Things happen even with Rolex.

It works in the box but not on your wrist?

That doesn’t make any sense

If it works in the box and not on your wrist it sounds like there is either a blockage or something is damaged, but is free/clear when the watch is horizontal (dial up).

Potentially could be a broken balance staff pivot.

I agree. I just purchased a new Datejust 36 in September, with the 3235 movement. After a few weeks the watch wouldn't start no matter how much you wound the crown. I confirmed with the AD and we sent it in for a warranty service. It took a little less than a month to get fixed.

It should be an easy fix. Rolex could keep your watch a month or more depending where you live...
