Spent the last weekend in SF and thought I would share some pix with you all...

As you can see...it was a beautiful weekend in the Bay Area..

I know Frisco area well. But I have been under the Golden Gate Bridge on an aircraft carrier. Not many can say that.

I was stationed on the USS Carl Vinson CVN 70 back in the '80's and thats what we all called SF. I was stationed in Alameda right in the Bay.

Not when we were in Hunters Point for a drydock period. Of course we didn't go outside the gates there unless we wanted to get shot. They had a ferry set up to go back and forth to Alameda, which was nice.

I heard it was community service for getting busted with cocaine in Golden Gate Park.

Didn't realize Hunters Point was dangerous even back then.

There's a place I'd add to my "Where I wouldn't wear a Rolex" list.
