Most Satisfying Seiko You Have Ever Owned?
I think anyone that has an appreciation or love of watches has owned a Seiko or Seikos during the course of their watch collecting or watch wearing lives, even as, or even if, they move up to what some regard as greater horology.
So what was the absolutely most satisfying Seiko piece that you have ever owned, and why? |

SARB033, because it's a timeless classic piece with an enormous value for the price

My SKX 175. I had it modified. It’s my summer pool watch. Northeast Watchworks did the modifications on it. I changed the dial, chapter ring, hands & crystal to sapphire & added a Marathon Rubber Strap.

Most Satisfying Seiko You Have Ever Owned?
This guy because my daughter picked it out for me on a trip to HK a number of years ago. Also the perfect balance of the dial and not to mention the impeccable accuracy of the HEQ don’t hurt (+/- 5 secs a year!) |

a tie for me between these two—the SPB053 is build like a tank; I wear it running, to the beach and wherever else, and the bezel and dial are amazing in the sun. the GMT is just flatly one of the prettiest watches I’ve ever worn I think.

SO hard to choose. I loved my SD Tuna, but ultimately sold it cuz it was just too big for frequent wear. Had a Sumo for a long time..., SRP777 Turtle with sapphire upgrade is almost a perfect beater..., ditto for SKX007 with Strapcode super jubilee.

Depends on what floats your boat and how much $$ you are talking about? ;-)
For under $1k, since I like dive watch and good lume. SBBN033 is unbeatable.

A must have for setting Rolex watches to the correct time.

Easy: my one-and-only Seiko (and watch in general). I've had it for just under a month so far, but ticks all the boxes: 6r15, screw-down crown, sapphire, diashock, great lume, 38mm, and incredible value. Been averaging +6s/d.

I love my Grand Seikos, but this SBPP001 is an affordable stunner.

My automatic Seiko DX. I purchased it new over 45-years-ago at the PX during the later part of 1972. Still have the watch and original bracelet. . . and it runs like a champ.

Love that. Such a cool late 60s/early 70s design. Those old Seiko movements just seem to go on forever

Amazing examples, everybody!
Honestly can’t answer that. I've enjoyed every Seiko I've owned. dP

Ditto. When I wear mine, I can't stop looking at it. POssibly the best bang for the buck watch going. Mine performs at minus 2 sec. Per day

It is either my Green MM or the LE Blue Dial GS. Two completely different watches but both are outstanding.

I love my Grand Seiko chrono, but seriously the new SLA021 I just picked up is a stand out. I find it incredibly awesome to wear, I really can’t put my finger on it as to why, but I find my self putting it on every morning.
