A snow storm cant stop an oyster

We got a little bit of snow today, but the Oyster keeps on ticking.....

How's this for some wrist shots? Am I dedicated enough?

Let me tell you guys the images above do not do this blizzard justice! It was warnings all yesterday and today on the news and radio about how bad this storm was going to be and it was 50 mph winds mixed with a few inches of snow... but once I arrived I was honoured to meet the man himself Roger F in person and then spend the next 1 1/2 hours trying on about a dozen or so Rolexes... from a platinum Yachtmaster to a GMT Master II... not to mention scoring a lovley Rolex calendar gratis!
Roger thanx again for showing me this incredible store and anyone who wants a first class, no pressure and friendly as hell store in the GTA should check them out at:

Gmt Downunder

I'm not really a fan of the cold climate Roger, but I see we do have something in common! Did you take the shots in your centrally heated garage? I notice you have the GMT hand in snyc time with your local time. Where abouts do you live?

Here's my newbie, also taken in the garage. You will see the time on my baby is 2201.40hrs AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time - GMT+10) and the 24hr hand reads 1001.40hrs GMT.
Outside air temp was a pleasant 22C or about 70F.....

I live in Toronto Canada.

I am of the school of thought that the 24 hour hand is to be set on Home Time, since when you are away its easier to read local time with the regular hour hand. It makes more sense to me this way and since I am at home right now both hour hands are in sync. Tracking a second timezone by pilots is the same, usually their instruments show departure location's time and the destinations time (thats what I have been told by pilots anyway) but there is no wrong way of setting it.

It's kinda like a white hurricane that makes life outside uncomfortable and fills your pool filter with sand for weeks on end.

Seeing that beautiful GMT Master II has certainly got me to thinking that since the jeweller mentioned they are able to switch bezels for me, it would be like having all three different styles of GMT watches.
SD or GMT that is the question...

I'd probably say white dial Exp2. To get away from the black dials. Maybe I'm weird but I'm the kind of person who doesn't want to buy practicaly the same watch, or the same one for that matter once I have it. BTW nice collection.
