Everose gmt vs yg daytona

If you can choose either everose gmt or yellow gold daytona with whatever dial you want, what would you pick?

GMT is a no-brainer for me since the date and 24 hour hand/bezel complications are very useful to me, and I have no use for the Daytona's chronograph complication.

126715 for the win - my personal favorite Rolex!

Of course better choice is both but make it a RG Daytona instead unless it has a green dial!

Not really a fair comparison since Daytona has green and meteorite dials plus there's also OF ceramic vs PM bracelet. But regardless I'd take any version of Daytona

I have both RG GMT Master II and YG Daytona, they are gorgeous beyond words.

Yesterday my AD called and told me to stop by and see this GMT, I fell in love right away and added to my collection.

Congrats on the pickup! I guess that does count as RG GMT and in that case I'd choose that over some of the YG Daytona's.

Cost?

EDIT - 150k on CHrono24 for a Rolex 126755SARU GMT Master II SARU Ruby and Sapphire Rose Gold. https://www.chrono24.ch/rolex/-12675...id20209747.htm

That is simply obscene considering its just a gold rolex with precious gems tacked on to it. It is near-Oligarch levels of excess and tastelessness.

Gmt for me. Aesthetically the Daytona is perfect but the functionality of the GMT wins,

Always, any GMT over any Daytona.

GMT 4 Me. It’s design is bolder looking, I can do more with the GMT bezel, legibility is a lot better, and the size is perfect.

For the hype YG Daytona. But reality in the flesh I prefer RG GMT 126715. If has a special characteristic in the color. If I were gonna go YG would go with OF 116518 LN chanpaign dial or 116618 LN YG Sub.

YG Daytona Newman dial for me, because I already have a GMT and don’t own a Daytona.

If I didn’t have either and could only get one… probably full gold CHNR.

Doesn't get much better than the 216715 for a PM sports watch.

Given my current collection, I'd go for the Daytona.
