Gold rivet style bracelet refurbishment.

Hi, my father has a gold Oyster Date on a gold oyster strap from around 1980, the strap is of rivet construction and is now quite sloppy. My question is can these be refurbished? If so are there any trusted people you could recommend for this type of work.
He is worried about wearing it and the strap breaking.

Thanks guys.

Check with Michael Young in Hong Kong. I have never used his services but many on here say he is the best with refurbishing Rolex bracelets.
