I always wanted to do this..

I run into this pic that have the second hand and dw replaced with red. I thought it would look great on my SD43
It looks like I can easily source the second hands but the dw might be hard.
Have any of you done this and want to share a pic or two..
Do any of you know where to get one , where to send it and roughy how much …
Any downside..
Thanks guys,
Have a great weekend

It is your watch, do whatever helps you enjoy it, but if you are asking for my opinion:

Don’t do it. Novelty wears quickly. Rolex tried this and many other possibilities and combinations. The one you end up with is definitely the best product.

Not for me … red date wheel maybe but this watch is pretty much perfection as it is.

This watch looks great as is, wouldn’t ever change it. But, if you like it, shouldn’t be hard to do.

Just do what you like with your watch so long you use original parts. It's easy to bring it back to normal for a service or a sale.

Rolex designers do not always do the right thing and then you have to handle it yourself.

It’s incredible how it is but definitely up to you. Do it if you like. May be tough to get it serviced though.

Mmmm maybe just the tip from the lolly pop out. Just enough to match the date. I think that would be nicer than all red. Start a trend and be different. there is quite a few watches out there with that color scheme on the seconds hand.

I like the standard better but the mod isn't bad either. It can be reversed as well!!!

Meh, it’s not bad at all. if Rolex did it, people would be praising the bold move. Today’s Rolex owners don’t mod like they use to in the 80’s when this kind of stuff was always done. Providing you do it with all oem Rolex parts.
