Which is better having

3 watches (Simple non complication just hour minutes seconds)
One Patek Natutilus 5711, One Patek Aquanaut 5167, AP Royal Oak 15202

or just one watch
One Richard Mille RM 55

Which is better having

3 watches (Patek Calatrava 6119, FP Journe (Chronometre Bleu), Lange 1)

or just one watch

Patek Perpetual Calendar Chronograph

I would go with a white gold patek nautilus perpetual chronograph as one grail watch

whilst, for the first set I'd pick the 3 vs RM

for the dresser option I'd be leaning toward 1 grand complication.
If it was me I'd keep the lange 1 and trade the 2 (fp.joune + calatrava) for a more interesting patek I prefer variety and in your case a great variety of good stuff
