Here's another SEIKO sign in Wanchai. I'd say 1977 judging from the billboard for Airport 77 just above.

It is somewhere in the Kowloon side, see the double decker bus in the back . There was no double decker buses on the Island side in the 70s.

Thanks Jack.

Here's an old Stelux sign in the 1970s (possibly atop Stelux House in Kowloon City?), which will have some meaning for vintage Seiko collectors with bracelets made by that company, which also owns Thong Sia, the regional Seiko distributor in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, etc. They also operate Seiko service centres.
