Ploprof mesh

Which way did you guys install your bracelet - shiny side or dull side facing outward?

The shiny side looks way better but I’m just now noticing that the bracelet flexes much better the other way - ie maybe for smaller wrists it’s best to have the dull side facing outward?

What do the experts say?

I have omega mesh on Ploprof and sm300.

Both sides are polished SS shiny. Just one side is filed flatter. Links from side view look like sideways "D". I assume the shiny side was originally meant to be faced up. However, the flex seems to bend about the same and will probably loosen after time. Looks like it can be worn like a reversible jacket.

There isn't much difference in the "shine" between the two sides. I have the 20mm one on my rotation for my 300m watches. I just ordered the 22mm for my Planet Ocean. Should be here soon.

Cheers.
