Yachtmater Bezel Swap

Could one, theoretically, put the black bezel insert from the rose gold YM onto the one with slate dial, I found this image, which would be a similar result - quite cool. Been tried?

But the WG is a 42mm watch and the rose gold would look very odd on the rhodium YM 40.

Your mock-up does look interesting though. I think I would buy it i do like the all black bezel, maybe change the turquoise though can i have red please.

I'd like to know the answer. In theory I guess its possible if the dimensions of both 40mm versions are the same.

I thought rose gold was 40mm and the insert itself was black?

Now that would be cool

I had a similar thought over the weekend - I did a quick mock-up of a blue dial with blue/platinum bezel. Now to figure out how to post…

It looks wrong without the black dial.

No can do. In the 116622 and 126622 slate dial or otherwise, there is no insert as such. The whole platinum bezel is one single part.
