Recent RSC Dallas service question??

As anyone send a 16710 GMT back to Dallas for service recently? What is the turn around time? Also whats the policy on bezel inserts? If it was born say a Coke and has a Pepsi insert on it will they change it to a Coke? Will you get the Pepsi insert back? Or do they not care? Thanks

As far as I know, 16710 did not have a code to identify the bezel type, in fact even more, as I read it here on TRF, some customers had the inlay swapped right at purchase, Pepsi or Coke depending on their liking.

I can’t comment on the Dallas RSC turn around time. However, on the bezel changes from one to the other, they will do. They will do this on exchange basis only. You can’t keep the old one.

My bezel was EXchanged from red/black to red/blue last year.
