The first time I see this thread and read the whole 7 pages of compliments to the OP in less than a minute. Well I will just join in. Unbelievable. Mike you are the collector of collectors. I am fairly new to this Rolex world but to me you are the man. It's a real honor to have the opportunity to write in your post. Mr. Sub or is it Mike Sub Wood. One does not imagine that someone can get to own so many rare watches in one life time. Anyway, congrats for such an amazing collection and thank you for let us admire it.

Best,

If you figure VERY conservatively an average value of $5000 per sub, that's at least $300k sitting there. Probably closer to $350 or $400k in reality.

If you consider that left and right are 8 Comex's and in the front rows another 8 MilSub's, then maybe even the 400K is pocket-money

Woohoo!!

Just as well someone dragged this thread back up from the depths of the TRF archives... I'd forgotten all about my little Submariner collection

I'm going to have to get them out sometime, give them a shake and wind 'em all up..! Oh, and of course, add in the new additions

Hi Mike, hope you post some more pics up soon, especially new additions.

That would make everyone's Xmas around here.

I somehow doubt there is a single watch in that photo that would sell for $5K.

For those times when too much is not enough.
