Look at some of the newer 42mm options. Much better for a smaller wrist.

I have a PAM 00512 from 2015 which is a radiomir case and 42mm and it wears beautifully on my between 7 - 7.5 inch wrist, but is discontinued.

The newer version of this watch I believe is the PAM 00574.

The highlighted part should be all that matters, do you really care what others think about the size of your watch?

For most with a wrist size 7” and less, although the particular model might be gorgeous, they simply look ridiculous on small wrists.

For what is worth…California with wire lugs tend to look much smaller..

Can confirm
I wear a 47mm Rad on my 7inch wrist and its big, but not comically big
The wire lug Rads wear much smaller than the 47mm Luminors (which do look comical on my wrist)

This is a 47mm and even though it looks rather huge in this pic it's totally fine when I'm rocking it. I guess it just depends on what you feel?
