Not an expert but that was my first impression, if you really like it go for it, just get a really good price as I don't think resale will be easy with such a watch, anyways not for me as I am really NOT into dress watches, even less when they're vintage, but that's just me...

If you do acquire it, just remember the movement was designed to be carried in a pocket, not on the wrist. There is little shock protection on a watch like that.
