You've got to feel for him. This is, after-all, his 13th crack at Wimbledon and he faces his old nemesis in Roger Federer this afternoon. Nemesis? When you play like Tim does, with an army of salivating grannies whimpering "Come on, Tim" on 'Henman Hill', even the late Fred Perry is your nemesis. Why do we hold such great hopes for a player ranked 64th in the world? It is almost like expecting AFC Wimbledon to win next season's FA Cup.

Tennis, so they say, is now becoming the sport for females. Many great potential females have been groomed by the older generation in SW19. This is only reason a red-blooded male would watch it, is through hopeless World Cup Football bloody boredom. Or the desperation to catch a glimpse of Sharapovas T#ts&Ars#.And yet the emergence of the Williams sisters nice ars# shame about the face (and as attractive as watching Paula Radcliffe poo into the gutter) is gradually putting a stop to all that.

With Henman a failure on the court and true master of what?, I would like to be the first here to congratulate him on yet another complete balls up. In his quest to become a less than very mediocre player of historic proportions.
