Question for PLATONA owners, are the lugs fixed like on the white gold ref or can the bracelet be easily removed so a leather strap can be used. I currently wear my stainless Daytonas on leather and it’s my preferred option, so it would potentially be a deal breaker for the platona I have just been offered in a trade

The bracelet can be removed. A prior owner here on TRF put his on leather for a short time.

Thanks for replying, appreciated and that’s great to know, will have a look to see if I can find a picture on the forum of what it looks like. I think a brown strap that matches the bezel could look beautiful.

All good! I’d assume the old ones are out in the wild at this point, as the new ones are starting to show up. I pulled the trigger via grey as wanted this over the new one. Good luck!
