I like the idea, but would have been awesome in SS. I am sure the larger size is not a big deal, and should still wear nicely.

However, if they gave us this watch in SS with bracelet that would be a great update to the 116622.

I am in love with your RG YM 40 and it looks awesome in your IG pics. But this one I can't understand or bring myself to like, at least from the pictures.

Even a well priced SS would have been in my opinion.

But your Everose 116655

its a great watch. Not really a RG guy and it wore small so it didn't last long. Its one of the best looking watches Rolex makes, no question. Just not for me

Wait. Love'd'?

RG is fun to dabble with but not really for me as a daily. In a thin and subtle dress watch like the Lange Saxonia Thin, then I can handle it (I still have it.)

I do like that they updated the movement and fixed the clasp on the new RG YM40. May be tempted to give it a try again in the future, as the lack of adjustment on the fly was the nail in the coffin for me.

Love the look. Would buy it in stainless steel, especially with Glidelock.
White gold? Nope.

i know for sure it has a healthy WL already

PM supply is already lower than SS supply at AD's. You might not see it, but they are not getting the same amount of WG subs every month as SS subs. They get way less. So a pretty decent WL on a watch that is already coming in smaller numbers, its not going to be easy as you think to get.

Nice watch! I like the look over RG. I wish it was SS too as I would consider this one. PM puts it out of my budget.

I’m not a RG person at all.

But I love the 116655 rg contrast with all the black/matte. Perfect under the radar stunner.

That glide lock clasp on a oysterflex promises a lot for the rest of the oysterflex line up...

I am unwilling to spend white gold level money on a watch at this point but I really like the look of the new YM. If it was a no date watch I might be tempted.

I think the red text as mentioned above would have set this watch off. Just that little splash of color on the dial, just like the RG version.
I would have to see the 42 mm in person to see how much bigger it wears.

I am also a little sad that the RG now has the glidelock as well.
Correct. The RG will come in Glidelock. But the Glidelock makes your clasp longer on the wrist. Here is when I tried the YM 42 at Baselworld, and I'm not sure I like the long clasp.
