Some Pictures From Basel
I’m currently at Basel, it’s great to be able to see every model in the collection.
The new green 5168 is great in the flesh and I really like the blue 5726 as well.

I like them both so much I put myself on the list for them. What are the chances of getting that call? Slim.

I know it has divided opinion but I LOVE the 5726. I’m wearing my 5712 now, and I don’t know how much I’ll wear it if I manage to get a 26!

I'll give PP and Thierry credit for thinking out of the box on the 5212a in spite of mixed reactions internally. Weeks tracking more useful outside of the US, which are huge PP markets, and really not useful unless work related. Who gathers their family together and says "let's go on vacation in week 36"? Still points for creativity and doing something different from PP.
The green picture posted of the 5168 is not flattering to the watch IMO. The Nautilus, well it's a Nautilus, and will of course thrive on its family name and the magic of the super hot blue dials.

Does anyone know if the new 5726 has the new clasp like the 5740? I haven’t seen the clasp in any pictures or on PP website Thanks! |

No it has the same clasp as the 5711,12 and the old discontinued 5726. It would appear the new deployant clasp in white gold is reserved for 5740/future PM bracelet pieces.

I hope that green is a different shade IRL than in that photograph.
The 5726 is an absolute stunner imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
