Half of the project was sold, amazing how many dumb people there are.

Living that close to each other, each house blocking the other (from light or sun), small roads, doesn't look like you can easily park your car etc.

There's so much wrong with their plan as executed it'd be good to know who greenlighted this?

Imagine trying to find your house after having a few cocktails. Looks like an absolute nightmare.

Clearly the lot sideline requirements did not allow for individual moats.

Don't suppose I'm the only one to think that it looks like something we're probably not allowed to mention.

I think it's a wizard piece of architecture though.

I think the designer of this place must be suffering from Turrets Syndrome.

Imagine the premium in price for an end unit. Might be worth buying a few new old stock for future investment possibilities.

Not to mention, the project’s developers, Sarot Group (run by the brothers and their partner Bülent Yılmaz), chose the spot for their little kingdom carefully: in the Roman spa town of Mudurnu, which is well-known and well-loved for its hot springs and putative healing waters.
Sounds like a historic site replaced by this hideous mess.

It's quite disturbing that someone built this but even more disturbing that at one time half of them were actually sold. I'm trying to picture the HOA meeting and I see slaughtered lambs.

Looks cool.

I want to live there. Or at least visit.

I mean, it’s dopey AF. But I’d like to make that into an amusement park or something.
