Good idea to post it in a sticky thread! You might have noticed that I already used your chart in another thread, hope you don't mind. I've never claimed it was mine.

Whaoooo... what an exclusive list. So what's the major reason for the disparity in prices.

The 1st reason is the VAT difference per country, secondly it's the exchange rate fluctuating.

Putting a few models into an excel spreadsheet, tax free RRP Japan looks the cheapest at the moment closely followed by Europe. Street price wise, discounts in Europe would be more than Japan.

Bit of a bugger that we are the 12th biggest economy in the world but cant make this list. I think to be fair with our falling dollar this look about accurate on any given day we may threaten Japan for the cheapest, it is a good time for overseas buyers to buy in Australia or Japan.

thank you for sharing this information since it will be very crucial in helping me getting my first rolex.
just one question (since i noticed that you live in Europe), i went to several cities in France and they said the VAT is only 14 percent. Are they any different from one France city to another?

I will be happy to include Australia (or every other country) in this list, as soon as someone send me the value to put in ...
I have been yet unable to find Australia's MSRP by myself.

As you seem to live in Canada, you could maybe help me complete missing cells ... it would cost you a visit to an AD and some time to write these prices on a sheet of paper ...

thx by advance if you can do that
