Oris Aquis GMT date

I just picked up a Oris Aquis GMT Date. I really like it.
Great deep blue sunburst dial.
Ceramic bezel
3 timezone GMT complication
Water resistant to 30bar
42 hour PR
Date at 3pm marker
SS Bracelet and blue Rubber strap both with diver extensions.

I have been wearing it for 2 days now. The rubber strap is infused with Vanilla scent (not sure this is common to rubber straps, as I do not use rubber straps at all). Very comfortable on the wrist with metal bracelet. Love the look and feel. Will fit well in my collection.

Pics? Where did you get it? Looks like some are starting to trickle into the market now.

Man, I left this with no Pics. I got "The Call" for my new Hulk as I was posting this, and forgot the pics. Here they are below. Thanks for calling me out on that. I picked up from my AD Hyde Park at the Biltmore in Phoenix AZ. They had this right after Baselworld.

My only complaint is no Lume on the GMT hand and on the bezel only the pip has lume. Would have been even better if these had lume but that is the only place this falls short a tad.

Great looking Oris, congratulations! I tried it on at my Oris AD a couple of weeks ago and almost bought it on the spot. The only reason I haven't bought it yet is I have the set of three that includes the Blue Whale on the way soon. I really wish you hadn't posted your great pics, you have me thinking again.

Congrats! Love the small 1-23 numbers. Makes it so much easier for actually doing 3 time zones.

Man, I really like the Blue Whale. And hate that it only comes in the set. Congrats on the set and post pics once you get them in.

I do as well. My only gripe is the GMT complication is lacking Lume to be perfect.

Will do on the pictures. I still am a little surprised that I am getting a Blue Whale. I was already getting the Great Barrier Reef III at my AD and they offered me first dibs on the three watch set about a week ago. From what I understand, all three watches will have the same edition number on them.

That is awesome! This is my first Oris. I picked up the Oris Aquis Date Hulk for my eldest son at same time as my GMT date. He loves it. He is turning into a WIS, he has a Tissot and his Aquis. He had a Swatch that he has passed down to his younger brother. They are both going down the rabbit hole...

Just picked the Aquis GMT up a few minutes ago from my Oris AD.

Any recommendations for an Oris AD in NY? What is listed on the Oris site is very appealing... (Tourneau) and a few no name jewelers that don't even have websites.

I am really happy with my purchase. I will be wearing it soon. How do you like yours so far? What is your take?

A quick and dirty shot taken just now, I have been wearing it for a few hours already. I love how the 43.5mm case fits the wrist. It's the same case as the Aquis Clipperton diver I have so I knew I would like the fit. The best way I can describe it is it's a big watch that doesn't wear big. I am really digging it!

So agree! The watch is big, yet the way the lugs are designed makes the watch wear just right. I am very much impressed with Oris.

So am I. This is my third one so far and I bought my first one back in January.

I have seen that Oris Hulk at the AD and really like it. Would it be possible to do a father/son pic of your Hulks together?

Wow, thanks! That's the first time I have seen those two next to each other. Ever since I saw the Oris Hulk I have wondered what they would look like side by side. They look great together! Thank you for doing it.
