I like both, and can't decide which (both blue dial). Any reason other than pure preference to observe when deciding between the two?

To my eyes, I like yellow gold with blue dial more. On my skin, rose gold fits better. I find it important to actually wear it first before buying as on the wrist, it will be obvious which one wears best.

Rose gold has the same blue dial as 15202st. Yellow gold has a paler blue, a bit duller. Yellow gold seems to have different blue shades across batches, with some being more blue than others. It's also got a smaller production run and I believe yellow gold 15202 is no longer being produced.

Both amazing in the flesh and on the wrist when I tried them on, really 50/50, you can;t go wrong. I remember the yellow gold was more shiny and yellow, RG had warmth and looked killer with the blue dial. See which looks better on your skin.
