Don't get me wrong, I love my Daytonas and think they are some of the most comfortable watches out there, beyond the great history and looks. But I'm thinking the CE diver would certainly bring more variety to the collection and it's certainly a unique piece.

Kaue, I think the 42/43mm size across your wrist will be fine, just that it is a bit thick, but will probably be OK for you. I have the D500 and a 44 AP so different days call for different watches, plus I'm a Gemini so love to change up.

I know where you're coming from, there are days which just call for a piece with more presence. I think the 42mm size of the diver will make it just right in that regard.
