Ok Nishant, it'll be a while before you find yourself that 368...
...so a 233 should keep you happy 'till then...

18 mths or so later on and I'm still rockin' the 233

~~~~~
Of course, it's going to be a little harder for my 233 to get that much wrist-time in 2014...
It's a pleasure to photograph such a beauty but at the same time, the mirror-polished steel is a PITA... talk about multiple-takes for many of those shots...
The only thing harder to shoot were my Rocksteads...
Congrats, the 233 is, in my opinion, one of the most significant models Panerai has ever made. It has all the best features, domed crystal, in house 8 day movement, sandwich dial, 1950 case, I could go on and on!
My I series dot dial
It's a D9 Swiss ammo. Have a look at my review. I like his work so much I already have a 26x26 on order for my 217
Hey Travelller, I have really enjoyed all of your posts of your 233 over this past year and your 233 review is a classic.
Here is my small contribution to your 233/grey strap combo
I might be selling/trading my 237 when it arrives back from PASC for a 233. These photos and this thread pretty much convinced me
Thx again
Mike, as cool as the "Ghost" is, I think you'll appreciate the in-house refinement, particularly 8 days (!) of PR you'll get with the 233, so give it some serious thought
When I obtained my 217 this year I was concerned it might overshadow the 233 but they are really two distinctly different watches. As I once wrote, the 233 is a grail watch and the 217 is a grail PAM...
...and today I was wearing my grail watch
Nice pics, as you already know I have 3 Pams including the 233K, dot dial, I must say for me the 233 along with the MM special editions, 217, 36 and 82, are the best Pams, even had the 217 for a short time before realizing my wrists were too small and there were limits.
But the 233 is definitely for me THE Pam to have if only 1, 1st in-house movement, domed crystal, PR, well no need to list them all but clearly one of the best Pams around.
But I have to say that my watch collection has become overgrown compared with wrist time and I am trimming down, from 7 middle to high end watches to only 2, Patek 5712 and Rolex sub LV, will probably keep the 82 since it's a "shadow case" Pam and came without box or papers but was authenticated, I thought more watches is better but really not, 2 or 3 is the best for me… Cheers
