Sharing Dallas RSC timeframe

Hello all,

My SD43 has been running about 5-8 seconds slow per day since I purchased new in 2018.
I finally decided to send in for a warranty service.

AD is in CA.

Dropped off at AD on 9/29.
They monitored and verified it was running slow and sent to Dallas on 10/2.
AD called me on 11/17 to come pick up the watch.
No paperwork was included but I did get a green pouch and small rolex box.

I had been expecting a longer wait so was happy to get it back in a little more than a month and a half.

My RSC NYC was also 6 weeks. Small leather travel case. Glad to have my SD 16600 back!

since your watch is under warranty until 2023, the warranty card is the paper work. if it had been a non warranty service, you would get a RSC card with 2y warranty I believe.

We just found out about the policy change from RSC on service report is no longer given unless requested.
Our 16613 LB just got back from Dallas a totally different experience than 5 yrs ago odd I thought…

I dropped my SD43 at my AD for a trip to Dallas RSC around the same time. I was told, and so far it’s been accurate, 8 - 10 weeks. So earliest would be just before Christmas. This gives me hope it’ll be here much sooner. I miss wearing it, but am enjoying my GMT II being my daily more and more.

Turns out I received my SD43 today, almost a month earlier than estimated when I dropped it off. For those of you with watches at RSC Dallas, it seems they are working quickly.

Isn't there a RSC in Beverly Hills? Just curious why they'd send it to the RSC in Dallas unless thats what you requested?

Dropped my 1675 at my AD on 9/3 for a hefty overhaul, and it was back from RSC Dallas on 11/10. Was surprised on the quick turnaround as I was expecting late December. Received one of the green leather travel cases with it which is a nice compact holder.

Those times might be about to change when you come up against the Christmas break whenever that is - maybe in a week?

I sent my GMT to R.U.S.A. in NYC, in late September. They acknowledged receipt via email on October 6th. They supplied an estimate on 10/18, which I accepted that same day. They said the work should be completed "late November, early December”. I expect a phone call any day now asking for my CC info so they can ship it back to me.
On a related note, I shipped it to Rolex because the watch just abruptly stopped one day. When I called the service center I asked if they could let me know why it stopped (broken spring…). The person I spoke with said that they don’t offer that info. I was a little surprised at that.

My Tudor was at RSC Dallas for 15 weeks due to delay in sourcing a dial from Geneve

Received an email today that my watch service is completed and will be shipped back to me as soon as they receive payment. So about 12 weeks door to door for the service. Looking forward to putting it back on my wrist.

Been keeping track and my sd has lost less than 20 seconds since I got it back. Running great!

i just got my warranty done in 4 weeks but I did purchase a new dial which help it get done sooner because they had the dial in stock. In Aus 3 months is normal at the moment due to lockdown backlog.
