New Cyber Bug or Spyware~ Zero Click

Have you heard about this? Crazy that someone can take over your phone; listen in, turn on camera, see all your files and more! WOW!

Hopefully some smarter minds can figure out how to counteract this..

Anyone had problems with this one?

Larry, on some devices you would not know. The current version of Pegasus has pen’d Apple’s iOS via iMessage as well as current versions of all mobile devices.

After the exploit installs itself, crash reporting is disabled likely to prevent security utilities from discovering the it via crash report logs.

Yep. I'd be happy to walk them through all the pictures from our last vacation.

I believe the concern is really not pictures but all our financial information and access to accounts as well as passwords.

We use our phones much more for these things, at least I do.

This is very concerning, and from what I have been able to find on the internet there are not many methods of protection. They could example, make a call via the Whatsapp to your phone, even if you don’t answer, the phone can become infected. SCARY!!!!

There really doesn’t seem to be a solid defense, does anyone else see one? Please post here.
