What's your bed time?

Slow day on the farm....

Those all nighters at the club, are long gone......

Boys in bed by 8 pm, we try to get to bed around 9-930 pm.

I don't start work until 830-9, so I try to be up around 530-6 to get a workout in.

During week, no later than 10PM. Wake up at 4:30 and at the gym by 5:15.

Weekends, it could be anywhere from 10-2. If I'm up at 2, it's only because I have to be.

9:30 for me....I wake up at 4:30 regardless of whether I need to work or not....I fondly remember the late night/early morning partying of my youth but can't imagine trying it now.

It varies quite a bit, on the day we've had, or the day ahead.
But generally retire around 11 and up at 5:30 in the summer.
In bed by 10 up at 8 in the winter months.

We were sat outside last night watching the bats and listening to the owls 'till nearly midnight.

What's your bed time?

Retirement Schedule here... Go to bed around 12 Midnight and get up whenever...

I wish we didn't have daylight savings time in California! That extra our if sunlight in the evenings would be good for my schedule!

Early morning person here and in bed every single night by 1930 and jump out of bed every single days 7 days a week @ 0215 like clock work. That morning cardio on the road bike at 0415 is quite a eye opener for me...Been like this every since i become "FAT FREE" quite a few years ago....

I don’t sleep much …

Up at 5 am , work out till 6:15, shower, breakfast and out the door by 7:30

To bed at 11.

I’ve been doing this routine since 19 or 20.
