Here again you may get the wrong answer if you ask the wrong person. Since you’ve stumbled upon the person who has all the answers I tell you the real answer. No the Rolex will not make you a swimmer if you can’t already swim.

I would tell you but I have a rule that I only answer the person with the question and not just any Tom, Dick, Harry, or even David that stops by.

When your talent is such that you can write such a great song as George did and play the guitar so extremely beautiful as Eric only can then you can actually hear the guitar weep.

Because the average person puts little thought into what they do or what they say. For some it’s all they can do just to remember that to live it’s important that they breath.

Because it was someone else other than you that determined how we would actually represent or spell that word.

Now, if you would like to create your own language then you could actually make all the rules that others would question why.

Phonetic is defined by representing each sound with a single letter. Therefore representing the F sound with a ph is a violation of its own basic rules. How can that be legal?

Legality is always defined by the people, the people are human, and those humans often make mistakes.
