Snoopy Speedy phone home!

Great thread and great pics guys! You put me and my Iphone to shame, but here's some from my visit to FL for the shuttle launch last spring I had put up earlier....That's me on the R in the last pic (in my Speedy Pro 50th anniv. ballcap!)...

Beautiful shots guys.

I hadn't realised the Speedmaster(s?) have such good lume.

Nor had I realised how exceptional they look on a black leather strap.

Another sodding watch on the "Want-List"......

Not quite, Brandon.

Pictures are great but nothing compares to having one on your wrist. You really have to wear one for a while. That's what it took for me to truly experience the mystique of the Speedy Pro.

You'll know what I mean when yours arrives.

I have been missing on having a Speedmaster on my wrist (as part of the collection) ever since this watch hobby addiction starts. I focus heavily on the Seamasters alot when my hobby begins..

But now after reading up on the Speedy Pro and admiring those awesome pics from all the members here, I understand what the huge Speedy Pro following is all about!

Now I can't wait to have my Speedy Pro in hands!

I do.

I not only have a Daytona but I have an IWC Pilot Chrono as well. However the Speedy Pro is a welcome addition to my rotation.

I kind of have developed a liking for Chrono's and wouldn't mind adding a couple of other brands as well. I like variety and have others which are not Chronographs. Variety is the spice of life.
