Genuine watch with an aftermarket dial... definitely wouldn’t describe that band as “very good condition”... looks super worn... likely an 18038 model... the day and date appear not to be fully in position but this is likely an oversight from the owner...

Dial is rubbish, bracelet badly worn.....always check the movement on these, because those who happily fit such dials are sometimes happy to fit a cheaper, doctored 3035 / 3135 Datejust movement, where you should expect a 3055 (180xx series) or 3155 (182xx series).
