Well Guys, I guess I'm the Newbie . . .

Some - maybe most - of you already know me.

My name is Pat McCarthy, and I'm from Jackson, MS. I'm the Fleet Manager with a large Chevrolet dealership here. My family includes my wife, Laurie, and two wonderful daughters . . .

My hobbies are, of course, watches - particularly railroad grade pocket watches . . .

and real railroads - particularly the Kansas City Southern Railway . . .

I've been collecting watches for about three years, and have a nice small collection of wrist watches which includes an Omega Railmaster, a Longines Evidenza, a handful of Invicta's, a Tissot Seastar 1000, and two very nice vintage Tissot Sideral automatics.

But, my pride and joy is my collection of railroad grade pocket watches. I'll be sure to post pics of some of them to get you all on the PW bandwagon!

John, thanks for the invite; and Guys, I look forward to visiting here on TRF!

Welcome Pat to TRF love the pocket watch and the railway engine.
When I was a lad loved the brute power of steam locos, alas now gone
but still a few still kept running by enthusiasts .
