I bought my Submariner 14 years ago and haven’t paid much attention to how the model has evolved over the years. I knew they had migrated to a ceramic bezel, but I hadn’t realized they added more text.

The new watch is still nice, but I do prefer my circa 2010 no date Submariner with less text.

Thanks for teaching me about the “flat 4” too!
