I had been looking at several... mainly Jaeger Lecoultre.
I love the Geophysic, Reverso and master hometime. |

I'm currently being pulled towards an Omega Speedmaster Professional
An Omega Seamaster Professional 300M, white face with black rubber strap. As I've just picked up 2 pieces in the last couple of weeks I don't expect to have any more incomings for a while. However, if I really need to scratch an itch a budget option could be a Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba Auto.

For the longest time, it was this guy! I always had “another watch” (usually Rolex) that I’d loved and wanted, and I finally snapped this guy up in the classifieds here. LOVE IT! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

However, my next purchase, on order, is a Ball GMT. They are actually making watches now in 40mm, and this one is a - sit down - a blue and black ceramic bezel GMT day date. And around $3200 MSRP, which means that I got it for a lot less. New. It's on pre-order, so hopefully in June. I've never had a Ball before, so we'll see how that goes. I thought about buying another sub, but dang, they're just so darn expensive!

If I can afford more than Rolex, why exactly would I keep buying Rolex anyway?

Personal taste. Not always what one can afford that dictates what one likes.

Only 100 were made, so finding one would be nothing short of a miracle.
