Ever purchase from Fink's AD?

Purchased my first Rolex from Fink's AD in VA a few years ago and had a reasonably good experience. I'm on the wait list for a new SD43 and debating about switching to another AD. Any good experiences or recommendations from the crowd?

Personally, would never do business with Finks based on one and only call that i had with them.

Why not just put your name in with another AD and see what happens? Why fell like you have to physically "switch"? Are there deposit $$ involved?

My brother bought a Milgauss from there a few years ago. I can't remember her name off the top of my head, but a sales lady at Finks in Charlotte gave me several issues of Rolex magazine #7 to give away on TRF. They even worked Wayne's watch in for a pressure test so we didn't have to come back after lunch.

I have dealt with the Raleigh location and had great success. First new purchase was with them (BLNR). Walked in off the street and left with it

I’ve been to a few of their locations in the same area as you and when I wore my SD43 into one a few weeks ago the guy commented on it. Told me they get them about as frequent as the SS Daytona’s, this particular spot said they got 3 in the past year.

I live in Richmond and I have never bought anything from them, but the staff in Chesterfield town center are nice actually nicer than the folks in short pump.

The benefit to them being a chain is they can get inventory from other stores. They actually brought in the yachtmaster Oysterflex as I wanted to try it on.

Downside of them being a chain is being a chain and have not seen much negotiating on a discount.

Best they could offer me on a PM Sub was 10% discount + tax. I walked out laughing.

I got my 114060 from them here in RVA. The store manager was very nice and even gave me a nice discount.

I don't recommend Fink's Jewelers in Richmond Virginia. Have had terrible customer service experiences at both locations - Chesterfield Town Centre and Short Pump Town Centre. I would recommend Cowardin Jewelers but unfortunately only sell used Rolex time pieces.

Finks Charlotte

I've had nothing but positive experiences at the Southpark location in Charlotte. Roger is great and has given me outstanding service along with he is just fun to talk with.

Delores in SouthPark has been very helpful for me and my family. She was great with my YM everose, and I get all the Yurman for my wife there. Great experiences.

Just wanted to say again, Finks is great! Finks has great service and their remodeled Charlotte showroom has much more space for displays. Also, they have a great range of brands. I always receive a warm and genuine welcome whenever I go in there even if it's just to look.
