Tudor royal date

Yesterday I got the chance to take a look at the recently released Tudor royal date. Personally I think a great looking watch and at 38mm wears and looks perfectly on my 7.25 wrist the overall quality of case and bracelet for the price are excellent and throw in 5yr warranty it’s makes a great buy. Certainly one I’d consider for a future purchase

Reminds me of the OQ case wise not a huge fan of that watch with a blue colour dial.

The look is alright but this is for targeted as luxury for lower tier market. Looks cheap as well in person. Sorry.

I am still waiting for my AD to get in the 41mm model so I can check it out. The price is very reasonable and I like the blue dial version in pictures. I own two DD II's and could see picking one of these up as a fun beater. If the price is right.

No need to be sorry mate that’s your opinion for me it’s not cheap looking at all and represents great value for money

Tried it on in person. Nice watch. If I didn’t already have a Tudor Prince Date+Day I would definitely consider adding this

Wondering why the Day Date function not an option in the smaller sized variants.

The same post with a Rolex would not have all these negative and snobbish comments.

I like that the engine turned bezel is nearly identical to the mid-to-late 50s era Rolex Datejust 6605. It's nice to see this style come back.
However, the bezel thickness to dial diameter ratio seems a little off to me.

I think I will be more interested if/whenever Tudor releases this model with baton (stick) markers.

The same post with a different Tudor probably wouldn't have these "negative and snobbish comments."
