Rapport Formula Double Watch Winder

I bought the watch winder to keep my 15202ST and 5205G wound as:

1. The Jumbo is a PITA to wind
2. Don't feel like setting the annual calendar each wear (watch is not worn that often)

The problem with the winder is that it doesn't have the "recommended" 800 turns per day setting, which is the recommendation for both movements. There is only 600 and 900.

The way I see it is that the 600 will just keep the watches partially wound.

Will the extra 100 over the recommended setting stress the movement (in case I keep the setting at 900)?

What setting would you use?

Its doubtful if any of these machine winder things will wind any watch to full mainspring power-reserve. Yes they will keep the watch ticking thats about all no matter the setting, so its important if a watch is fully stopped, to manually wind it a bit before putting it on the machine. And if any of these machine things ever got the mainspring full wound up it would just slip in the spring-barrel, just like it would no on your wrist, as you cannot overwind most all modern day automatic watches.
