Masters Tickets

Gentleman and Ladies...I entered the lottery for Masters Tickets and fortunately I received 4 tickets to the Opening Day Practice Round on Monday April 8th. I would surely like to make the pilgrimage to the Masters once in my life time but to fly from Canada, just to watch one day of practice round golf, is very impractical. With that being said I have 4 tickets for Monday's opening practice round; would anyone be interested in these tickets? The tickets are $75 each, I will not ask for payment to cover the ticket costs that I have incurred. All I ask is you promise, on your honour, to make a donation to a local charity for the cost of these tickets and not to resell these tickets. If interested, let me know and I will get back to you! I will keep entering the Masters ticket lottery in hopes of obtaining weekend tickets and someday getting to visit and watch the Masters in person.

Very nice offer and I wish I had won in the ticket lottery - congrats but I agree about the cost you’d incur to see a practice round.

Tickets spoken for....

Gentleman and Ladies.... as you can imagine the tickets have been spoken for very quickly. I asked the person who will be getting the tickets to make a donation to their Local Sick Kids Charity. Once I get confirmation of the donation I'll get a pic of the donation and post it here. I do like this forum very much and love the camaraderie of all the men and women, that's why I posted here and decided not to try and sell these tickets on a site like EBAY.

Nicely done! Kudos to you sir...showing us fellow Canucks proud!
I went to the Monday practice round last year but I was already in Florida at the time so just trekked up to Hilton Head for a few days and left the family there while I made the 3 hour drive over.
It's seriously a once in a lifetime experience. Be shocked if these aren't gone by lunch.

My brother is a huge golf fan. Definitely interested in two tickets, but will have to check with him. Mondays are typically spine injection days, so he is pretty busy.

Edit: just saw I was too late.

Too bad you can’t make it. Went with my dad in college it was pretty impressive from a non golfers view point. Was also impressed st how inexpensive food and drink was.

Such a great gesture and restores your faith that not everyone is only selfishly interested in wringing the last cent from every situation. Good luck.

Very nice of you.

No phones allowed. If you are caught with a phone you are immediately thrown out and possibly banned FOR LIFE!

Correct, unless something changed recently. Aside from that, it's covert operations!

Yup. Cameras allowed on practice days, but no phones. Leave them in the car. Bought a cheap digital camera and just walked around with it all day.
Amazing place.

Can’t be a phone tho, has to be an Actual camera. In the envelope they send you with the badges there’s a piece of paper with all the rules. Says something like still photography for personal use only (Mon Tues Wednesday). I tried to beat the system with an Apple Watch Tuesday last year and was asked to return the device to my vehicle or check it at the item check at the main gate. Think they added electronic smart watches to the ban list now as well. They have a strip of free phones in the area people have lunch for everyone to use if you need a phone.
