Does anybody know what model this is?

Any background info is appreciated , not sure if this is a total franken cause i couldnt find anything at all online , sorry for the bad quality pictures but its all i found.

The bottom number on the inside of the case-back is the reference number. I can't make out that number in the photo provided, but that number is the key to finding info on this model. I think Omega has a database where you can look up reference numbers.

Try using that reference number to search this site: https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/vintage-watches

It looks like the case and movement may go together, but the dial has been at least refinished.

I think the dial has been refinished or at list modified. (I have never seen one with a 24 hr dial.)
And no way the red second hand goes with the gold dauphine hands.

Thanks for the reference chart, ill see if i can get a clear picture of the numbers . I suspected the dial was repainted or something, its tough to tell from the photo but i cant see a gmt hand either which would make the 24 hour clock pointless.

The 24 hour makers were not for GMT purposes.
I think a guy in the military, had a jeweler add the 24 hour markers and the red second hand. (The rest of the print looks original to me.)
That is typical in alot of military style watches.
