Titanium Omega 300 bezel action

Hello,

I'm disappointment with the bezel action of my Titanium Omega 300.
It just feels "mushy" and low quality.

I think the reason for this is how the bezel ring seats on the case.
If I push down on the ring when and look at the watch sideways - I can clearly see how it moves down. When I release the pressure it springs up again.

When un-pushed there's around 0.75mm of clearance between the watch and the case (compared to almost zero when pushed).
I'd like to note that the clearance is consistent to the whole circumference.

Is this normal ?

I have the Spectre version, as well as having had the regular version, and neither did that.

I actually have the Spectre on today, and there is no vertical or horizontal play at all.

Did you buy the watch new? From grey or AD? How long have you had it?

Most bezel designs do have clearance in between the case and bezel. If not the bezel would bind up. For example the Tudor Pelagos has almost no clearance and the bezel on it tends to bind up easily when it has been in the water. There is a spring in between that bezel and case. So when you push down on it then it will move.

Again, none of the three versions I have owned, including my current Spectre do anything close to this...
