How to not get scammed
I'm selling some items and I specifically said no international sales because I've had too many issues with shipping and returns in the past. I've got an offer from someone in another country and I was thinking of selling with the caveat that I will not offer returns like I normally do. Am I safe just with PayPal? Is there anything I should look out for to protect myself?

How to not get scammed
As many say, first you need to buy the seller/ buyer. If you are unsure about the buyer in this case, bankwire is the best solution as cannot be reversed. Problem with bankwire is that there is no protection for buyer, so many people are reluctant to use it. How expensive is the item? Need to consider your ability to insure the item overseas

If I'm selling a watch my own personal policy is Wire transfer only and will will only ship within the United States.
That being said, I've sold to buyers in the past who I felt comfortable with and I took PayPal.

As a buyer I'd never pay with a wire whether it be eBay or TRF. Kiss it goodbye once it leaves your account.

Speaking as a buyer being able to pay with PayPal makes everything very convenient, don't have to even leave home. With that said sellers must use caution accepting PP and check the buyers references.
