Change in accuracy, help please.

I have an 18 month old PT DD40.

Up till now it’s been running on average at +1 second a day. A few weeks ago it stopped and restarted over night while I was wearing it. I assumed it stopped and restarted due to lack of power reserve as I had not been wearing it 24/7 and although it had lost over 2 hours it was still ticking.

I wound it and its accuracy remained at -1 second a day.

This last weekend after a full wind, I left it off for 60 hours, dial up, it was still running when I put it back up. It was in a cool safe for this time.

I wound it is ensure a full wind but now the accuaracy is -5/6 seconds a day.

The watch has not suffered any knocks.

It’s outside the -2/+2 seconds Rolex say but should I be concerned?

Thanks for anyhelp or insight.
