Rolex Standard Ladies Watch

Looking for more info on this Rolex Standard Women's watch. Believe it to be 1920 vintage, is this correct?

Is it cased Rolex or blank? In the Canadian maker they are usually pioneer.i have seen similar raised dials in the late 30's
